Yesterday at practise I said something profound: Home doesn't really close! Whee!!! And on the way home form said practise we saw a drunk person driving a jeep, and another just plain crazy person driving a jeep! whee! Friday Wai, wai!! I got to harras Ian from Mac Hall! Hi Ian!!!!!!!!! As Matt was checking in I approached Ian and said, "Hi, we're rabbid fangirls" then as Em-chan (who was embarrased enough for both of us) pulled me away into the elevator. Guess who joined us? Matt & Ian!! I talked to him(though I bet he wished I didn't ^.^v) and I told him that he replied to two of my e-mails, he said out of the 300 I must be lucky(I think he was trying to get me to shut-up ^.^) and I'm going to write an e-mail to him now!! (They stayed on the 5th floor, we were on the 12th) And I bet Matt thought it was sort of funny. Saturday We{not Em-chan} had gotten out costumes and had posed for pictures for a while but then Spot, Em-chan, Sarah, and me went to spend all of our money. With the main group we had a jeep ^.^ Pam[Sanzo] even said that the kitty ears went with my cotume ^.^ Me, Spot, Dhyan, and Em-chan were pimpped out for hugs... we only cost pocket change ^.^ We got our blue haired pimp about $12 for his & his friend's dinner ^.^ It was fun and we kept running into them latter and then they gave us free stuff. We never learned their names though -.- No exciting web comic meetings... -.- Though we did meet a fan who was excited about our meeting him as we where ^.6 His name is Dorn[and he said I am the only one who ever told him that he needs more hair]!!! He's very, VERY Bishi ^.^ ::purrs:: and he is from Oregon! Also, there was another tall bishi with cute wings that I glomped him many times for Em-chan(though she did finally glomp him on Saturday!) Sunday Cold floor does not equal good sleeping... Me, Em-chan, and Matt[not the one from Mac Hall] had to sleep on the floor of Chibi's room because Pam's room's was reserved for only 1 day... We all got to sleep on the floor by the door and bathroom... Matt was more next to the bathroom[when Em-chan came out once she kicked him in the face after he stole half of her pillow]... In the room was: Dhyan, Chibi, Jen, Christy, Diana, Rich, Matt, Mike, Em-chan, me, and some guy I don't know... Most of the day me and Em-chan hung out with Dorn, he is so nice!!! He bought us pizza at this really good place!! ^.^ During the day we waited in line with him to see if he won some of Ian J's art, but someone outbid him. We walked over to talk to Matt & Ian from Mac Hall, but they got up and were leaving, but as they started to leave, I called "bye" and Matt looked back and paused, that gave Dorn time to start talking to him. Em-chan lagged behind and I said, "What are you doing back there? They don't bite." and Matt turned around and said that they don't bite ^.^ heehee ^.^ I've gotten to talk to both now ^.^ I have to go and finish the gust strip for them that I said I would do for them a while ago... but the one I did then... I finished it in class... then I lost it... You didn't hear that!!! MinnieMay9 |

WARNING! This rant is extremly long. Reading it may be hazardous to your health. Read at your own risk! OH MY GOD!! Too much has happened this weekend, I don't know if I can fit it into a decent size rant...oh well! Ok, as you probably know, Crissy and I went to Otakon in Baltimore. This year, like last year, I was the "Pack Mule", but as you will read, this year had it's perks! Ok, first we get there and not much goes on on Friday. We sign in and hang out with Pam for awhile, but soon started on wonder on our own. Cristina went nuts and took tons of pictures...I took two. Anywho, by the time we get to the rave (10 o'clock) we had finally seen everyone in our group, and it's a big group. So we dance (kinda). I sit on the side lines and hand out with Cristina's Duo-Chan. Around midnight we head to our hotel, and depending if you've already read MinneyMay's rant you might know what happens. Anyway, we're in the lobby heading toword the elevator when Cristina grabs my arm. She points to the front desk and lo and behold it's Matt and Ian from MacHall! Well, my mind was going a thousand miles an hour when Crissy said, "let's go say hi!" At that point, I get snapped back into reality and realize that I am a pretty shy person (Spot, stop laughing). So anaginst my plead, Cristina goes over and starts talking to them. I drag her away because I figured that they are tired and could care less about us teenagers. Anyway, we get into the elevator, and, of corse, they come in after us. Cristina stars talking to them again and I try to hind in the corner. I can tell that even though Ian is talking with Crissy, what he's really thinking is "go away". Well, they got off. Then the two other people in the elevator got off. Then I breath again and start saying how cool it was to breath the same air as them. Then we went to bed and I got the floor. Whew, that's only day one. Lets see if I can make the rest of this quick...Saturday, everyone gets into costume and I become the Offical Pack Mule. This year was better cause I only had to carry two other peoples stuff; last year it was four other people. Anyway, we walk, take pictures, walk some more and finally sit. We end up sitting for over an hour and a half, waiting for everyone to fix their costumes. At this time, Spot (I love you) makes me a sign stating, "PACK MULE: please give me food!!!" It was a great idea, but I got no food -.-. Only one person (a vender) gave me food, but he was giving out free food anyway. Ok, well Crissy, Spot and I end up wondering on our own and after about 2 hours of walking, the Pack Mule dies. We sit and eat dinner (a blueberry muffin). This is when two guys come around handing out free stuff (papers and fluff); then they leave. After about another 5 mins we get up to walk around some more. We bump into the same two guys as they are tring to pass out more free stuff. OH!! btw, by this time I had Spot's bunny/pack mule ears on, so I was getting a lot of glomps and pity from people ^.^. Anyway, they asked us if we wanted to help them get some money, we say yes, and we become his women...basically we were selling hugs and love for pocket change. We find a corner and set up shop there. During our "job" we met some cool people. The coolest, would have to be Dorn!! (I love sucking up ^.^). Ok, in the end, we made them around $12!!!! We then said goodnight and headed over to the rave. I need to finish this up or else I'll lose the only two readers we have. Umm we (Crissy, Spot and me) danced for awhile and soon Dorn came over and joined us. Soon after that, Spot had to leave /.\...we danced till the rave was over at 2 o'clock and had to say goodnight to Dorn and my winged boy! We went to the hotel room, where 8 other people were staying. Crissy and I got the floor near the door and we both got a pillow. However, when I got up in the middle of the night (3:30am) to go to the bathroom, I came back out and accidently kicked something. Soon I realized that I had kicked Matt, one of the only other people I knew, and I had kicked him in the face. I felt bad, but only for so long, because I then realised that he had stolen half my pillow. I was going to take it back, but I felt bad that he didn't have a pillow and I was too tired to move him. Holy Crap, this is long...maybe I should wait for next week to finish it....naah! Ok Sunday, let's see if I can make this quick: We head out. Find Dorn. Go to the Artist Alley. Get comission of Gir ^.^. Dorn gets in line to see if he got a picture he signed up for. Crissy and I go to buy things. Find our "pimps" handing out more free stuff. Go back to find Dorn. He's still in line. Wait with him. He doesn't get the picture. So sad. We had out to get lunch. See our Pimps once more and say goodbye. Dorn treats us to a pizza luch. I love you!!!! (I hadn't really eaten all weekend). Go back to the convention centre. Wait for Crissy mom. She comes. We say goodbye to Dorn. Get in car. I fall asleep. Wake up at home. Do homework go to sleep. Get up and go to school. "Learn". Come home. Sleep. Get up again. "Learn" again. Come home. Write rant.....well I thinks that's it.... ::dies:: DraconianGoddess |
